Ms. Trisha Dixon

Global Operations Excellence Manager, ConocoPhillips

Trisha Dixon is currently Global Operations Excellence Manager in the corporate Global Production organization at ConocoPhillips.


Trisha began her career with Conoco in 1998 in the Natural Gas & Gas Processing organization in Houston, Texas as a Process Engineer. Trisha joined the Upstream organization as a Sr. Process Engineer managing control system upgrades at gas plants and fractionation facilities. Transitioning into a cross development role in April 2013, she became one of the Eagle Ford Implementation Supervisor over the DeWitt County area, providing the development plans for gas/oil wells in the Eagle Ford Unconventional Shale play. In 2016, Trisha relocated to Jakarta, Indonesia to assume the role of Manager Onshore Assets and shortly after her role expanded to become the Sr. Manger Exploitation, managing program development of a large-scale fractured basement reservoir. Upon her return to the US in 2019, she became the Manager, Engineering & Maintenance, for the Gulf Coast Business Unit. She then became the Lower 48 Discipline Engineering Manager responsible for alignment of technical designs for new unconventional shale surface facilities projects. In 2022, Trisha took on a larger role as the Manager of Discipline Engineering, Asset Integrity, Process Safety, Quality Assurance and Measurement for all of Lower 48.



She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Southern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University in 1997.
