The Labor Day Classic is more than a game—it’s a celebration of two of the nation’s most iconic Historically Black Colleges and Universities. With a rich legacy of academic excellence and cultural impact, TSU and PVAMU bring their historic football rivalry to life each year in front of thousands of passionate alumni, students, and supporters.
Why It Matters
Proceeds from the Labor Day Classic directly benefit TSU and PVAMU athletic programs, marching bands, and student development initiatives. In partnership with both universities’ official foundations, this event is a cornerstone for fundraising and impact.
