Dr. Frazier Wilson
Vice President, Shell USA Foundation & Director, Workforce and Community Strategic Initiatives, Shell USA, Inc.
Dr. Frazier Wilson brings over two decades of leadership experience at Shell, overseeing corporate philanthropy, workforce development, and community engagement programs. Prior to his work in corporate social impact, he served in accounting and community relations roles and earlier in life as an educator and mentor.
In his current role, he leads Shell’s efforts to cultivate diverse talent pipelines, educational outreach, and strategic partnerships aimed at closing equity gaps in STEM and the broader workforce. He is active in civic and educational circles, serving on the boards of the Smithsonian Science Education Center and the Museum of Fine Arts Houston, among others, and holds advisory positions with Texas Southern University and KIPP Academy–Houston.
Dr. Wilson holds a B.S. in Accounting from Jackson State University and both an MBA and a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Texas Southern University.
