The Internal Revenue Service has determined that the Prairie View A&M Foundation, EIN 38-3798900, which receives contributions solely to support Prairie View A&M University, is exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the Prairie View A&M Foundation are tax-exempt to the donor to the extent of the law.
